Frank is a licensed attorney and learned the digital information business by licensing content for five years for Dialog in the 1990's. He then moved to the technology world, where he launched Vivisimo, a Carnegie Mellon spin-off, which invented the technology to dynamically cluster search results. He became Executive Vice President of Muse Global, where he spearheaded the implementation of complex federated search into the publishing space. Currently, he is CEO of e-Wise, inc, the US subsidiary of Dutch Medical Information Provider, e-Wise, BV. Frank has utilized his rich mix of experience to launch MyEBMsearch into the US market and grow the company from $0 to $3 million in US sales in less than 3 years.
