C. David Seuss is the CEO of Northern Light. Prior to Northern Light, Seuss was founder and CEO of Spinnaker Software Corp., which he led from inception to a public company with $65 million in revenue and 280 employees. Prior to starting Spinnaker, Seuss was a consultant and manager for the Boston Consulting Group, leading teams working with major global enterprises on issues of corporate strategy. Earlier in his career, Seuss was an engineer in the chemical industry. Between Spinnaker and Northern Light, Seuss co-founded Vannevar Management which provided merger and acquisition consulting and financing assistance to high technology ventures. Seuss has an industrial engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an M.B.A. with high distinction from the Harvard Business School.
